  Overall their sevice during the treatments is good, but their appointment booking system is not upto par. I have had 2 bad experiences already. 1. I booked for a 10am session on a saturday morning. ON the friday before I get a call saying that my appointment has been shifted to later in the day, also got an SMS confirming this. However, upon reaching there at that time they said I had missed my appointment while was for earlier in the day. In the end we managed to talk thru it and they took me in for the treatment. 2. I booked the next appointment for the 25th of nov, as I was going to be out of the country till the 20th. On the 16th I get an email saying its been shifted to 18th (I saw this email on the 19th due to intermittent internet access). I obviously didn't make it, so they sent a second email on the 18th saying the appointment has been registered as a no-show!! Again, i had to explain to them about the confusion. From now on I'll be back to Whitfords, even though its a 45 minute drive!
